A lot of times we are not getting enough sleep. We get home from work tired and still have to do things at home or want to do things. We try to get by with 6 or 7 hours of sleep and frankly that is not enough.
Sleep is so powerful and we seem to forget. The recommended time to sleep is 8 hours but many people actually can use 9 or even 10 hours. Everybody is different.
If you know you are not getting at least 8 – 9 hours of sleep, you will need to fix your schedule to do so.
Think about what time you want to be awake to get ready to start your day. Does that include making breakfast? Exercising early? Etc.
Set your alarm and be sure to stick to it. This will have such an awesome impact on your life you will feel refreshed and energized each time when you wake up. (Remember to drink water right as you wake up!)
