Eat more carbs and whole meals. Incorporate vegetables and fruits into your diet. Eating more along with the right foods and carbs will help you keep a more stable blood sugar level. If you go too long without eating your blood sugar level will drop and you will feel symptoms of anxiety. 

And do not compare yourself to your friend or brother or sister or anyone else! The same blood sugar level will affect different people differently. Some people will still function as normal and some start feeling anxiety, dizziness, lightheaded etc with the same blood sugar level. Some people can fast or go without eating for hours at a time or all day without eating and some people don’t. The key is what exactly you are eating ( You are what you eat.)
