1. The importance of a good diet

Eating a properly balanced meal, starting with breakfast, is such an important part of reducing or completely removing anxiety. There are many types of diets and everyone wants to lose weight. 

Low carb, or keto diets are very popular and for a good reason, they work. But they don’t work the same for everyone. I know I personally could not function on a low carb diet (and believe me I have tried).
