Electrolyte supplements are plentiful. I would recommend Trace Minerals Research Electrolyte Stamina  to supplement with. I personally take about 2 or 3 Trace mineral pills after each exercise or workout. You can also take 1 or 2 right after waking up or anytime during the day or if you sweat a lot. As usual, read the suggested directions on label packaging. 

TLDR: Drink water and supplement with electrolytes to stay properly hydrated. #
