5. Bonus: Reduce Screen Time

Screen fatigue, or spending too much time looking at computer screens, tv, phones etc will cause eye strain, fatigue, and in the process anxiety as well. This may not apply for everyone, but if you feel you spend too much time in front of a computer or monitor screen, it is a good idea to slow down and try to limit your screen time.

Additionally, there are blue light filter glasses that will help reduce eye strain as well anytime you work, play or look at a monitor, tv, or phone for an extended amount of time.
